The Process

Before submitting, check the scoring rules, FAQ, and any season announcements — most questions are answered there.

Submit Your Dispute

Email admin@podiumdraft.com including:

Subject line: DISPUTE — [brief description]
Your registered email address
A clear description of the issue
Date and time the issue occurred
Any supporting screenshots or information

Disputes must be submitted within 14 days of the event or issue occurring.

Review

We acknowledge within 2 business days. A full response follows within 5 business days. Complex cases may take up to 14 business days — we'll keep you updated.

Decision

Podium Draft's decision on matters relating to game rules, scoring, and platform operation is final. For data privacy disputes, you retain the right to escalate to the South African Information Regulator.

What this covers

Score calculations or athlete point allocations
Account access or login issues
Draft results, team picks, or budget calculations
Alleged Terms of Service violations by another user
Any other issue with the Service not resolved through standard support

Finality of Decisions

Podium Draft's decisions on game mechanics — including point allocations, wildcard multiplier eligibility, competition result sourcing, and draft validity — are final and not subject to external review.

For non-game disputes (data privacy, account security), we work in good faith towards a fair resolution. Governing law is South Africa. See Terms of Service Section 12.
